Accommodation Tariff's at the Cheltenham Regency Hotel

All tariffs at the BEST WESTERN Cheltenham Regency Hotel are based on a b&b stay – often ideal for business accommodation, being located just of the M5, junction 11, so offering easy access to Cheltenham or Gloucestershire based business.

They are not seasonal, but subject to change if special offers are applied to the room rate. Breakfast offered includes a full English option, with cereal, fruit and other delicious choices available from the buffet selection.

The Cheltenham Regency Hotel has a total of 47 rooms including suites. All rooms are en suite with TV and hospitality tray. The hotel has undergone a major refurbishment with all rooms finished to a modern and high standard.

Each room has a bespoke modern contemporary feel with individually controlled air conditioning, fridge, CD/DVD player, 26” flat screen TV with Freeview, hospitality tray, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Cancellation and Booking Policy

Not later than 12pm mid-day day before arrival, otherwise the full rate of the first nights stay will be charged.
Short breaks/packages: Not later than 7 days prior to stay otherwise full rate of stay will be charged.
Saturday night bookings: Not later than 7 days prior to stay.

All bookings made for March 10th 2011 to March 19th 2011 and November 10th 2011 to November 13th 2011 will need a 50% non-refundable deposit on booking and the balance is to be paid in full. This is non refundable 6 weeks prior to the booking date.
